KHANDALLAH RENOVATION

This project involved a full-house renovation in Khandallah, Wellington. Outside, we installed new double-glazed aluminium window joinery throughout the entire house and added two new kwila decks facing east and west, with one deck wrapping around a swimming spa pool. Additionally, we added a glass balustrade around the pool, creating the perfect frame for the amazing view of the Wellington Harbour. Inside, we created a new bedroom and living area upstairs, installed three new bathrooms complete with tiled showers and underfloor heating. Lastly, an oak timber screen was installed to separate the kitchen and living area, with a glass screen installed down the indoor stairwell for the final touch.
