MIRAMAR: EXTERIOR RENOVATION WITH RECLAD & NEW DECKING

At this beautiful Miramar home we installed all new aluminium double glazed windows to the bedrooms. As we pulled the old windows out, we found rotten framing and lintels so replaced the framing and installed new weatherboards. At the back of the property, we replaced the old back door with a bigger french door with Rimu reveals that opens up onto the new kwilla deck we put down. We also removed further rotten weatherboards and facing boards.
