KILBIRNIE: RESIDENTIAL, DECKING, FENCE & GATE

Previously an old dance studio, we completely stripped the building back to its original framing only leaving the floor. We added a five meter extension, new frames and trusses turning this old dance studio into a spacious four bedroom home with double glazed windows, cladded with corrugated iron. We also added a small deck to the front of the property finished with an exposed aggregate driveway, new fence and electric gate.
